We will enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with each subscribing organisation as required under Article 28 of the GDPR.

Our platform includes AI-assisted features that help subscribing organisations draft SOPs, procedures, and compliance documentation. These features are provided using a third-party AI content-generation provider (OpenAI, United States — see Section 11).
These features are not intended to process personal data. Content submitted to the AI features should relate to compliance documentation, not to identifiable individuals. Subscribing organisations and their users are responsible for ensuring that personal data (such as staff names or records) is not entered into AI free-text fields or prompts. Any personal data a user chooses to enter contrary to this is processed on the subscribing organisation's own instruction and at its own risk.
